Shipping:

At Mimosa baby all products are handmade to order so please expect at least a 10-14 working day delivery time unless otherwise stated on the homepage of this website.

If you have left it a little late to place your order or you've have been caught out by a birthday and would like your order to arrive for a specific date that is not in line with our lead time, then we do offer an express order service. This is at a cost of £10 on top of your order and postage cost. Your order will then be put to the front of the queue and posted out in time. If you require this special 'speedy service' please drop us an email to arrange. katie@mimosababy.co.uk Please be aware that this service may not always be available, especially at very busy times of the year.

Postage and packaging costs for all UK deliveries are as follows:

£2.50 (orders costing from £2.99-£9.99)

£3.99 (orders costing from £10-£29.99)

£4.50 (orders costing from £30-£59.99)

£6.00 (orders costing from £60 upwards)

All orders will be sent First Class Royal Mail.

Postage on all orders outside the UK will be subject to the appropriate shipping costs depending on where the order is being delivered to. At present our standard international shipping cost is £12.00.

Your order will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, stickers and a postcard and posted to you in either a box or recycled strong paper bag.

Returns:

We really hope you will love your Mimosa baby product but if for some reason you are not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of it arriving via email with your order number and reason for your return.

You are able to exchange or return all orders within the 7 day time frame providing the product arrives safely back to us unworn, unmarked and with all labels still attached.

Please be aware that postage and packaging costs on all returns are to be covered by you and we suggest you retain a proof of postage for any returns sent back to us as we are unable to exchange or offer a refund should the order get lost on its return to us.

If you discover that any product brought from us is faulty then we will will of course repair, replace or refund you in full for the order excluding the cost of initial postage and return postage. Refunds on faulty products are limited to 30 days after purchase.  

We cannot offer refunds on made to order items such as skirts and bloomers, bespoke orders and initial T-shirts & jumpers and pouches unless a fault is found. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale products unless they are faulty.
