shipping & returns
At Mimosa baby all products are hand made to order so please expect a 10-14 working day delivery time.
If you are in a mad rush and would like your order to arrive sooner than that, then we do offer an express order service costing £10 extra on top of your order. This means that your order will be put to the front of the queue and made and dispatched within up to 5 working days. If you require this special service please drop us an email to arrange. firstname.lastname@example.org Please be aware that at very busy times this service may not be available.
The cost of shipping all orders is capped at £3.99 for all UK deliveries and your order will either be sent first or second class via Royal Mail.
Postage is FREE for all orders over £50 within the UK.
Postage on all orders outside the UK will be subject to the appropriate shipping costs depending on where the order is being delivered to. At present our international shipping cost is £10.00.
Your order will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with a postcard and posted to you in a box or recycled strong paper bag .
We really hope you will love your Mimosa baby product but if for some reason you are not happy with your order please let us know within 7 days of it arriving via email with your order number and reason for your return.
You are able to exchange or return all orders within the 7 day time frame providing the product arrives safely back to us unworn, unmarked and with all labels still attached.
Please be aware that postage and packaging costs on all returns are to be covered by you and we suggest you retain a proof of postage for any returns sent back to us as we are unable to exchange or offer a refund should the order get lost on its return to us.
If you discover that any product brought from us is faulty then we will will of course repair, replace or refund you in full for the order excluding the cost of initial postage and return postage. Refunds on faulty products are limited to 30 days after purchase.
Sadly we cannot offer refunds on made to order items such as shorts and bloomers, bespoke orders and initial T-shirts & jumpers and pouches unless a fault is found.
One last thing, sorry but we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sale products unless they are faulty.
